Insurance and Billing

Fees (out-of-pocket/out-of-network billing) 

$175 per session - individual therapy (sessions typically last 53-60 minutes)

$195 per session - couples/family therapy (sessions typically last up to 90 minutes)

$225 for initial assessment (limited sliding scale upon request/review) 

 

Payment is due at time/date of service

Payment may be in the form of cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, or American Express. For all credit and debit card transactions, an additional $3.00 will be charged.

 

Insurance Billing 

Heartwood Therapeutics can provide direct in-network and out-of-network insurance billing (including Oregon Health Plan (OHP) - Medicaid). Please discuss details of insurance billing directly with provider for more information and to determine if this is the best method of payment for you and/or your family. In-network billing rates are set by insurance providers and related networks and may vary from rates provided above.

You can have an interpreter 

You, your representative, family members and caregivers can ask for a certified and qualified healthcare interpreter. You can also ask for written interpreters or auxiliary aids and services. These services are free. Tell your provider’s office if you need an interpreter at your visit. Tell them what language or format you need.

Heartwood Therapeutics works with participants eligible for Crime Victims Compensation. Please discuss details of Crime Victims Compensation directly with provider for more information and to determine if this is the best method of payment to fit you and/or your family.
